Ideas, trends and experiments:

Preserve your culture through the use of new technologies. The ideas is to ask micro volunteers to record, translate, upload and share as much cultural material as possible: photos, videos or text.

Here are a few suggestions:

scan and publish print-based material such as books, newspapers or magazines.

edit, repair and upload old photos and videos.

interview the elders and the local keepers of tradition.

document surviving folk arts, customs and rituals.

record significant tradition-based public events.

map&film heritage places and buildings.

Share your culture with the world. The current globalized society leaves little time for exploring the past, yet offers plenty of opportunities for preserving and recovering heritage that would otherwise get lost. Here are a few ideas for making your culture better known to the world:

share your stories and history.

share your traditional arts&crafts styles and techniques.

share your holidays, celebrations and rituals.

share your food, fashion, lifestyle and popular wisdom tips.

write micro-blog posts about lesser known aspects of your culture.

share healing &spiritual advice from the perspective of your nation.
